Nasi Lemak is highly beloved in Malaysia. The rice is fragrant from coconut milk and naturally colored with butterfly pea. It comes with various accompaniments and sambal sauce. Taste a little bit of everything in a single bite.

Fish Amok

Amok Fish is Cambodia’s verson of steamed fish cury. Freshwater fish is tossed with curry paste and ground roasted peanuts, then steamed until cooked through. Crisp – fried fish is sprinkled on the top for extra crunchiness.
