FOA is committed to managing restaurant businesses in the food retail market, offering dining options that cater to all price segments and consumer occasions. In 2017, FOA entered into a strategic partnership with Yum Restaurants International (Thailand) Co., Ltd., the franchise owner of KFC in Thailand. Through this partnership, The QSR of Asia Co., Ltd. (QSA) was granted the rights to become the third KFC franchisee in the country.

By 2025, The QSR of Asia Co., Ltd. will have expanded its operations to over 500 branches, contributing to a total of more than 1,150 KFC locations across Thailand. This makes QSA the largest KFC franchisee in the country in terms of the number of outlets operated.
